LifeTrip AI is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps you organize trips, track flights, manage packing lists, discover destinations, and collaborate with travel companions. The service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve it.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service
• Share your account credentials with others

You retain ownership of all content you create (trips, packing lists, chat messages, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service to you. We will not share your content publicly without your consent.

Our AI-powered features (chat assistant, packing suggestions, itinerary generation, destination discovery) are provided for informational purposes. AI recommendations should not be treated as professional travel advice. Always verify visa requirements, travel advisories, and safety information with official sources.

Flight price information is sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time prices. Price trends and predictions are estimates only. We are not responsible for price discrepancies between our displayed data and actual booking prices.

When you invite others to a trip, they can view and edit shared trip data (expenses, itinerary, packing lists). The trip owner retains full control and can remove participants at any time.

We strive to keep LifeTrip available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

LifeTrip AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
